You may need support for life’s challenges, want to understand yourself better, or seek new skills to help you navigate the world and your relationships. I am a licensed, BIPOC clinical psychologist trained to work with a variety of people and concerns. I can be of help to you if you are a young adult, a new parent, a woman navigating all the things, or a person of color. I can help if you are struggling with your partner, if life is unbearable because someone you love is no longer on this planet, if everything makes you anxious, if you are trying to pick up the pieces after trauma, if everything about food is challenging.

I assist those who are facing a wide range of issues including grief and loss, depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties to take steps to live more satisfying lives.
I focus on the uniqueness of the person and issues presented to help expand awareness of self and interactions with others. I am interested in the ways that our inner and outer lives connect, how we are formed by our losses, how we learn through our intuitions and confusions, unsatisfying patterns and behaviors.

Relationships and systems can be as uplifting and liberating as much as they can be minimizing and painful. Humans have a beautiful tendency to feel a lot of things which can lead to issues in communication, understanding, anxiety, and depression but it is our capacity to develop relationships with these different parts of ourselves through curiosity, compassion, and empathy that help us heal. Therapy is a way to find our interconnected parts and how we relate to ourselves and others.

Autism, ADHD), guiding clients through profound grief & loss ( grief midwifery), and navigating complex relationship systems (polyamory, blended families).
Healing is a tender negotiation with the past: honoring the armor that once kept us safe, then learning to set it down, piece by piece, as we realize it has grown too heavy to carry. I’m a neurodivergent (Au-DHD) online therapist and therapeutic coach who lives in smalltown Wisconsin. As a therapist, my clients come from Colorado, Oregon, New Mexico, Washington, and Wisconsin. As a therapeutic coach, I see clients from anywhere. I work with individuals, couples, polycules, families, and groups ranging in age from 10 years old to end-of-life.

I believe therapy is a tool that can help us find things like joy, self-love, clarity, and fun amidst a world where certain realities are appropriately met with feelings of anger, fear, worry, grief, and pain.
Hi! I'm Fox and I absolutely love what I do. Over the last ten years I have worked with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, shame, self-harm, suicidal ideation, interpersonal relationships, past + current trauma, and those who are exploring sexuality and gender identities. In session, we are a team: I bring knowledge and tools to help water seeds already planted (and maybe help plant new ones or gently dig out old ones). With couples, my goal is to help each person identify their needs and communicate them effectively so you're confident in the decisions you make moving forward, regardless of the outcome.

I have worked extensively with depression, adjusting to motherhood, body image issues, grief, and parenting concerns and helping families create a new pattern of interaction.
Hope often sounds like a wishful word in our culture - but I want you to leave therapy with more hope - the gritty, scrappy, resilient kind. This authentic hope grows as you embrace your life story with all its darkness and light. You don't need to talk about everything at once, but just give yourself a place and time to connect with your whole self and pay attention to your life as it is now. As you connect deeply with yourself you are able to carve out space to reimagine how your life and relationships could be.

I often work with individuals navigating grief, complex trauma, OCD/intrusive thoughts, religious trauma, and neurodiversity.
I love working with teens. These years are so confusing, awkward, exciting, lonely, & everything in between. I want to hear about the show you're obsessed with & the annoying thing happened today, along with all the stuff you don't talk about because it feels like no one will understand. Therapy is a soft space for you to land and explore at your own pace.

Writing through healing is at least of equal value to psychotherapy. (If you are interested in these services, visit me at the website whose URL is simply my name) - I would be so delighted to work in tandem with other therapists, so please do consider if your clients might benefit!

Stress in relationships, parenting demands, grief, betrayal, loneliness, or major life changes can slowly wear away at your sense of confidence and direction.
One of our first tasks will be to develop more space between what you feel and what you do about it. Many clients feel relief as they respond to stress with less criticism, shutdown, or overwhelm. Over time, therapy can help you develop greater trust in yourself, leading to more fulfilling relationships, greater peace, and deep relief.

Have you been feeling overwhelmed—whether it’s the loss of someone important, health or aging challenges, or the constant mental juggling required by ADHD?
I provide an integrated therapeutic approach. There is no one-fits-all counseling theory, so we may try different methods to address your therapeutic goals. Examples of approaches include mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques, psychoeducation, therapeutic journaling, and/or artistic expression.

I help men show up for their lives without hiding from themselves. My ideal client is the guy who’s done everything “right” on the outside but feels lost, stuck, or angry on the inside. He might be the dependable partner, the hardworking professional, the solid friend — but he’s carrying the weight of expectations, buried emotions, and the quiet fear that he’s not really okay. I work with men navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, identity questions, and the pressure to “have it all together.”

My experience includes working with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, emotional distress, eating disorders, and body image distress.
I view psychotherapy as an opportunity to recognize that real change is possible, and while it may begin by addressing the immediate concerns, people often find the work together leads to deeper personal insight and a more fulfilling life overall. It is a privilege to join people on this journey.
