I come from a queer, polyamorous background in my personal life, but work with folks of any identity or lifestyle.
Therapy is a space for you to feel heard, validated and supported. It's an approach to feel less anxious, work toward goals, heal from trauma, and improve relationships. It can sometimes feel impossible to find ways to thrive in the capitalistic, oppressive system we're in, especially for marginalized folks. It is my goal for us to find ways for you to feel safe, fulfilled and content.

Throughout my practice, I have offered support to trans and queer clients during various life changes and transitions.
Do you ever wonder why the same patterns keep playing out? Why feelings like anxiety, self-doubt, or loneliness linger no matter what you do? Maybe you're asking questions about who you are, what you want, or how to feel safe in yourself and the world. Whether you're navigating depression, trauma, identity, or relationship challenges, you're looking for change. I work best with clients who want to feel their full emotional range without fear, understand themselves without shame, navigate and tolerate uncertainty, break free from old patterns, build deeper relationships, and trust themselves to move through life with confidence.

Waitlist for new clients
As a queer and chronically ill-identifying therapist, I particularly enjoy working with clients navigating chronic illness—especially gut disorders—and LGBTQIA+ issues.
Updated 4/12/25: NOT accepting new clients, please contact me to join my waitlist! My goal is to build a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship where I can guide you through the nonlinear, messy, and often uncomfortable therapy process. Drawing on my background as a licensed massage therapist, I emphasize exploring how stress, trauma, and social factors impact the body and nervous system. My work is systemic and grounded in social justice, with a deep curiosity about how family, community, and cultural narratives shape your lived experience.

I primarily serve teens and young adults from the greater LGBTQIA+ population.
In my practice, I focus on using a strengths-based form of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I believe that people thrive most when they acknowledge their inherent strengths, and use those to work toward their life goals. I use components from other therapy modalities, such as DBT, to provide a generally eclectic and individualized approach to your care.

Being Black, queer, and neurodivergent, I have had the same struggles.
Many of us feel out of step with others around us. Difficulties with completing tasks and organization lead to struggles and frustration in relationships. Difficulty with social skills and anxiety make it hard to reach out to others for friendship or dating. Some of us feel shame and isolation from ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodiversity. Our unique hobbies or interests keep us out of step. Shame keeps us from exploring who we are in friendships, dating, and sexually. People often do not see us. We feel alone. This manifests as depression, anxiety, and difficulty regulating our emotions.

I have expertise in working with individuals around their history of sexual victimization, people healing from trauma and LGBTQ life issues.
Working with sexual abuse survivors and the LGBTQ community means that I am adept at helping clients work-through attachment issues. This is particularly helpful for individuals and couples who are poly, open and/or kinky.

I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska as a Jewish gay kid who always felt “out of place” in a community where these identities were largely invisible.
I focus on attachment work, and my approach includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), psychodynamic, relational cultural therapy, and somatics. I integrate an anti-oppressive lens centered in cultural humility. As a white therapist I help white people better understand how whiteness impacts all of our relationships.

I work with autistic clients, ADHDers, and other neurotypes; folks who are queer and/or needing support around transition; who are experiencing relationship and attachment issues; who have experienced deep traumas.
Are you overwhelmed by life’s struggles, trauma, relationship or attachment issues? Maybe you have been wondering about autism or ADHD as a something you are experiencing? Do you have questions about gender or sexuality, or feel the need to examine where you exist within an increasingly challenging society and how you are impacted by it? These are all issues that I enjoy navigating with my clients as we find a new, securely attached, unmasked, and comfortable way of living freely and authentically. If you are hurting and do not know where to start I can help. If you feel that you are at the end, we can find a new beginning.
