I’ve had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of different educational, mental health and community-based organizations.
My approach to working with individuals and families is multimodal; creatively engaged, trauma informed, strength-based, culturally aware, and focused on the unique needs of each client. In 2016, I received my 200-hour yoga teacher training and frequently integrate mindfulness and somatic-focused practices into my work with individuals and groups.

Everyone experiences anxiety, depression, and loss at sometime in their life. Often events and people happen in our lives that cause distress. No one deserves to be in pain and no one should have to endure when there is the possibility to reduce the pain. My goal is to help my clients find relief through self exploration and a desire to want to feel better. My job is to walk with my clients in their path to mindfulness. My goal is to provide a safe space for emotions to be expressed and validated without judgment. Together we will identify patterns and triggers, and create skills to reduce future emotional distress.

After a sudden, traumatic death such as through suicide, death due to drug use, homicide or COVID, those bereaving are often left with both the heavy burden of grief, and images that may feel haunting and overwhelming. Other feelings, such as guilt, anger, and profound sorrow accompany other distressing experiences, including, feeling alone, increased agitation, depression and anxiety. When put together, these feelings can feel unbearable to hold alone.

Many of the ways we learned to survive, belong, and protect ourselves were necessary at one point in our lives. Over time, those same patterns can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, repeating the same relationship dynamics, or struggling to move toward the life we want. Therapy is an opportunity to integrate these experiences and make space for a truer expression of who you are becoming.

Hi, I’m Bridger, and I help men show up for their lives without hiding from themselves.
My ideal client is the guy who’s done everything “right” on the outside but feels lost, stuck, or angry on the inside. He might be the dependable partner, the hardworking professional, the solid friend — but he’s carrying the weight of expectations, buried emotions, and the quiet fear that he’s not really okay.
I work with men navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, identity questions, and the pressure to “have it all together.”

Currently accepting Couples-
You probably aren't surprised when I tell you that overanalyzing WHY you might be anxious rarely helps. You feel at a loss on how to communicate your needs to your partner. You don't need "get over it" it or minimize your pain, but instead learn how to work with it. You used to be good at hiding it, but lately you can't hold it all together and now it's affecting your relationship. Maybe you don't even remember life without anxiety. But one thing is for sure: you’re ready for relief. You're ready to trust and feel secure in your relationship again, ready to handle whatever life throws at you, together.
