I work with individual adult and teen clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, self-worth, body image, CPTSD, grief and loss, identity, and life transitions.
I work collaboratively with clients to reflect on how the present is influenced by contextual factors and past experiences, including trauma. I believe that transformation is possible by learning to listen to your inner knowing and utilizing strengths to access more of what brings you joy, fulfillment and clarity.

Life can often feel like a balancing act. Work, school, relationships and daily tasks are already a lot to hold. Trauma, disconnection, and existing within various systems of oppression and violence can make that balancing act feel constantly on the verge of toppling over. What we carry and how we carry all of these pieces shapes how we show up in our daily lives, and sometimes all of these factors can end up feeling like way too much. Maybe you're feeling burnt out, chronically stressed, or isolated. My goal is to work together to discover ways that we can make life feel a little bit lighter.

Many people are used to being the strong one. Capable, dependable, high-functioning, and carrying responsibility without slowing down long enough to ask how they are actually doing underneath it all. Over time, stress, burnout, pressure, trauma, and emotional disconnection can quietly build, leaving life feeling exhausting, repetitive, or emotionally distant, even when everything appears “fine” externally.

I believe the therapy space is a sacred space - a time focused completely on you, where you are supported, listened to, and seen. Navigating life is complex, but it doesn't have to feel hard. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, feelings of low self-worth, or desiring to heal from past trauma, my approach is the same. You will be met with deep care and compassion, as well as a desire to understand what is bringing you to therapy right now. I will also challenge you in sessions to help you see unhelpful patterns and core-based beliefs that are inhibiting your growth, happiness, and well-being.

Reaching out isn’t easy, but you’re here and that’s something to be proud of. No matter what you're going through, you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
I love this work because I genuinely love people. I’m endlessly curious about what it means to be human: our patterns, our relationships, the things we carry, and the ways we adapt over time. I don’t see therapy as a place to fix you. I see it as a place to understand yourself more clearly. Often, that means noticing patterns that keep showing up, or making sense of experiences that feel confusing or hard to name.

I am a psychologist who believes that if something isn't working, try something different! I try to create an atmosphere for growth that is warm, kind and challenging. I do my best to steer clear of "psychobabble" and offer tools for change that are easily understood and practical. Whether the issues are emotional, relational or social, you'll find a safe place to do the necessary work to grow.

I support families, couples and individuals nurture the capacity for honest self reflection, discovery, discernment and change. Beyond the initial reason for engaging in therapy, I often help people and their loved ones explore the underlying patterns in behaviors, relationships and life engagement that hinder growth, satisfaction and peace. Together we create an environment where you can safely address the situations, challenges, and often pain that brought you and your family to counseling while learning skills, tools, techniques and approaches to support you and your family outside of therapy.

Hello! If you're looking for a deeply empathic therapist who is committed to traveling the emotional terrain with you, I'm right here. I have a lot of experience exploring Family of Origin dynamics, supporting those who've been in co-dependent relationships, and who have experienced emotional and/or religious abuse. I understand that life transitions of any kind, even positive ones, can bring up a deep sense of grief, and I am unafraid to wade through that uncertainty and discomfort alongside you.

Holistic and embodied existential therapy for trauma recovery and life transitions. Rather than diagnosing and prescribing, I offer a uniquely individual and empowering experience. Many of my clients struggle with feeling fragmented, overwhelmed, dissociated, or misunderstood. Healing happens through curiosity, compassion, and trusting connection - with yourself, others, and the natural world. I help clients transform suffering and self-alienation through parts work (IFS), somatic & nature therapy, mindfulness, and depth psychology. This goes beyond symptom management to address the root cause, inviting greater wholeness within.
