Often my clients are experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or grief and are looking to improve their quality of life. I specialize in working among the polyamorous community. I also have personal experience in the tech/corporate world so am acutely familiar with the challenges that accompany that work environment - especially those faced by folks whose identities are underrepresented. I am allied with the LGBTQIA+ community and aligned with social justice and racial equity practices.
My goal is to provide a space where you are safe to explore the thoughts and feelings that are contributing to and arising from your current circumstances, without judgment or shame. Therapy with me is a balance between honoring the deep and often painful emotions of one’s life experiences and eliciting the pragmatic steps for growth, change, and peace.
