I offers holistic mental health care, including medication management, mindfulness therapy, emotion focused couples therapy and ketamine therapy. I partner with clients to explore the stories they have formed about themselves and their experiences. Our work together may include learning coping skills, identifying personal narratives and limiting beliefs, normalizing challenging experiences, understanding and accepting our different "parts", working with the somatic experiences of our emotions, building a supportive spiritual practice, etc. I believe in the thoughtful use of medications to support this work.

Hello, I'm glad you've made it to my profile! I work with adult individuals and relationships, treating issues of relational distress, adjustments to life transitions, struggles with anxiety and depression, and identity development. My practice is founded on the belief that every person has a place in their core where they experience clarity, curiosity, confidence, and calm. And yet, life is difficult. Sometimes we need support to get us back into that place of confidence and clarity—or to find it for the first time. My hope is that our work together can serve as a key support system to bring about the change you’re looking for.

I believe that humans thrive when we expose our true self in a loving, secure, and attuned relationship. To be seen and known fully in relationship is the foundation for healing, integration, and finding a home within ourselves. Because of this belief, my practice focuses on forming a trusted therapeutic relationship first. Together, I hope we can expand your tolerance for difficult emotions, develop more self-compassion, and bring clarity, power, and respect for who you are. As we discuss situations in your present life, I hope to connect how past traumas may still affect you, bringing hope for your future.

We all have an image of our best self. This is the person we'd be if we just weren't so tired, so anxious, so angry or so depressed. I think about my work as the process of helping people to become who they already know they are - or could be. Our work together is to find out why you feel those things in the first place so you can move past them and start feeling happier, more productive and more connected to the life you want.

I enjoy my work with children, adolescents and families, and have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2005. I employ a variety of theoretical orientations and modalities, from attachment theories, family systems, object relations, cognitive behavioral therapy, and play and art therapy. Theory gives us a foundation to conceptualize, but it is the individual, context, and culture which inform our work.

Accepting clients for Telehealth sessions with in-person options.
Your relationship started with excitement, shared dreams, and emotional closeness, but over time life's pressures resulted in feeling overwhelmed and burntout. When connection in partnership is interrupted or unattended, needs go unmet, are misunderstood, or ignored. I understand how these patterns can result in loneliness, despair, and hurt. If this sounds true, then together we will cultivate emotional stability and a sense of belonging by breaking free from negative cycles and repetitive relationship wounds. Let's turn the focus towards what is meaningful and take the bold steps to realign values and hearts to what is important.
