Premera Blue Cross Therapists in Seatac, WA
Many of the adults and couples I work with appear to be holding everything together, while privately feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted by the same patterns repeating in their lives and relationships. I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, low self-confidence, relationship stress, and major life transitions, as well as couples struggling with communication, emotional distance, recurring conflict, trust, or feeling unheard by one another.

Are you feeling "stuck", disconnected, or having trouble with stressors in your life? When we are stuck it changes the way we think about ourselves and how we view the world around us. This can lead to feeling disconnected. Every person can experience blind spots in the narrative they tell themselves, this can create challenges in our relationships with our "favorite people." I invite you, your partner, or children a safe space to reconnect with yourself and / or those around you. Together we will work collaboratively to develop strategies that promote healing. I am accepting new clients and work with Mindful Therapy Group.

Facing anxiety, depression, or struggles with substance use can make life feel heavy and unpredictable, even when you’re doing everything you can to hold things together. These experiences are not signs of failure—they’re part of the complex challenges many people face quietly every day. I chose to become a mental health clinician because I believe in the strength it takes to seek support, and I’ve seen how powerful it can be when someone chooses to show up for themselves. Therapy isn’t about fixing what's broken; it’s about creating space for change, growth, and resilience.

My ideal clients are adults who are tired of carrying what they've been carrying and ready to do something about it. They come in navigating trauma, identity questions, faith struggles, or the weight of living in a world that hasn't always made space for them. Many are men who've never had permission to feel it, LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking an affirming space, or people whose spirituality is central to their healing. I help them move forward by meeting them where they are and building a path that's actually theirs.
