My experience has revolved around working with individuals facing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ, support for partners of trans individuals and new moms. My focus is to always work towards establishing transparency, connection, non judgement and empathy with my clients.
I feel constantly honored to be invited into the lives of my clients to witness their stories, support them in their individual growth and help them discover the connections and strengths within their own lives.
