My practice is currently full. I have worked intensively with adolescents, adults, and their families for over 30 years. I work with individuals and couples to address life transitions, relationship, parenting issues, women's empowerment, and challenges including depression and anxiety. Specific foci/areas of interest include family dynamics, adolescent rebellion, strategies for success in school, ADD diagnosis and treatment plans and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I spent two decades working with pregnant and parenting teens, and teaching childbirth education at my local hospital.

Bill Range currently provides psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and couples at his office in the Park Place building, next to Haller Fountain, in downtown Port Townsend. He graduated in 1983 from James Madison University with a Master's Degree in Counseling and has over 30 years of experience in behavioral health. During his career, he has led innovative family and community based youth treatment programs in Michigan, Washington, New Zealand, and Hawaii.

Paula, is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Child Mental Health Specialist, and Art Therapist with graduate degree in Psychology and MA in Biology and Psychology. Paula has trained extensively in complex trauma, childhood neurodevelopment, attachment, developmental trauma, parent/child interactional including DIR/Floortome, PCIT, and generational trauma. Currently, children are only seen in her Port Townsend office, she does not do teletherapy with children.

I work with individuals, couples , and families to address issues ranging from relational conflict to the broad spectrum of mental health. Through an eclectic approach utilizing cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and family systems-based modalities, I explore current problems within the social, cultural, and environmental context of life experiences and the impact these experiences have on both physical and mental health. My breath, energy and relaxation exercises give you in the moment relief from anxiety, emotional distress and deep tension in your body. I also coach and empower counselors, therapists and other helping professionals how to implement their intuitive gifts with clients and to discover the crux of their life work and purpose. Hands on work includes energy meridian tapping (EFT and Tong Ren Therapy), point holding, guided inner awareness and access consciousness. My approach to sensual education and spiritual counseling empowers you to experience your life force energy as your creative and spiritual energy.

In my 40 years as a psychologist my goal has been to provide the safe nurturing environment that creates a productive client/therapist relationship. I have never forgotten my early experiences in seeking help from a therapist, wondering what it would be like, and if it would really help. I appreciated the understanding and insight I received then, and throughout my life, sometimes with my husband, I have found different kinds of therapy that were helpful to me and to my clients.

I am unable to accept new clients at this time. Relationships may be difficult to say the least. Sometimes we feel blindsided by life's twists and turns. We all struggle at times to feel understood or with self doubt, while searching for solutions to overwhelming problems. Whether you are an individual or couple troubled by a present, past or current event, taking that first step, towards talking to someone who may be able to help sort things out, may be one of the most difficult things you do. I would like to make it a little easier.

Back in the 1970's, when I first began working with clients, I was influenced by research showing that the therapeutic element in psychotherapy, regardless of the discipline, was the relationship between the therapist and the client. Contemporary research continues to validate the primacy of relationship in fostering therapeutic change. I practice a style of therapy based on being genuine, respectful and empathetic with my clients. I firmly believe that people change when they more fully understand their own emotions and how to cope with difficult feelings, especially in the context of their closest relationships.

Kasia Hoskins, MA, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a broad range of experience having worked both in community mental health settings as well as private practice. Kasia graduated in 2008 from Antioch University, Seattle, with a specialization in a child, couples , and family therapy. She has been licensed in her field since 2012. Kasia is passionate about assisting clients of all ages in the process of growth and change. She believes that therapy offers a unique opportunity to feel supported, and at the same time challenged in creating a more fulfilling and satisfying life.

For 30+ years I have worked with adults seeking relief from depression, anxiety, relationship strains, loss, addiction. My study of biodynamic craniosacral therapy, a gentle touch therapy, confirmed for me that within each of us there is inherent health.
