Hello there! I specialize in therapy that works with any member of the Adoption Triad. I personally understand the complexities of adoption and the support that is needed to support long-term family and individual success. I am invested in providing you the tools needed to thrive in your life. While adoption and foster care is my specialty, I also provide support for those struggling with infertility, parenting children with behavioral issues and issues of foster care exposure. The roles and relationships within families are not always easy. You deserve to have a therapist that understands what your facing and has resources.

I have extensive knowledge working with patients with psychosis, substance use, and at high risk of suicide. Focusing on harm reduction, healthy coping skills, and recovery to live the best possible life. With my vast knowledge of the mental health system, I use various modalities toward treatment and don't believe a one size fit all in regard to interventions. I focus on a holistic approach to treatment as you are the expert in your own life. I am here to assist, listen and guide you towards your goals and dreams.
