My passion is in connecting clients to their inner process - what is trying to happen - as demonstrated by their symptoms. Once we discover the issue and address it, the symptoms no longer need to be present. This approach is from a type of Jungian psychotherapy called Process Oriented Psychology, which holds as its premise that there is always something right about what is going on in our lives - our process. It also includes a mixture of some Taoism and Buddhism, and can include work with body symptoms, dreams, and relationships. I look forward to talking with you to see how I might help you resolve your personal issues.

It all starts with listening and exploring your story, what brings you in to therapy. For many it has been a long journey, for others something may have happened just recently which needs to be addressed, it could be dealing with a problematic recurring pattern, or it may be tied to things that happened long ago in the past. I use a person-centered approach, wholly focusing on you the client in the moment, bringing my training and my own best self forward to help you overcome the suffering that brings you to the office. I provide a compassionate, centered space in which to experience learning, growing, and healing.

Accepting New Clients! For years I wondered why I struggled with focusing, poor memory, high energy, listening, deadlines, or remembering to eat. It was only after I was diagnosed with ADHD before I realized "hey, I am not making this up," or "I am not dumb- I learn differently." Attempts to meet the expectations of a neurotypical society creates a harmful cycle where we feel it is relentless and never ending. Past life experiences can and still haunt us, as society continues to "inform" us of what "normal" looks like. Trying to mask who we are daily is exhausting and painful, and only breeds more pain and internal hurt.

We all have a story to tell, one that is unique to our own past experiences, present struggles, and hopes for the future. When our pain feels overwhelming, our previously relied-upon coping skills no longer seem to be helping, or life has simply become unmanageable in one way or another, seeking support shows courage and strength. I believe we are best equipped to heal and thrive when we have compassion for ourselves as well as feel understood and unalone.

Relationships are key to the individual human experience. I believe that it is no coincidence that when we find ourselves struggling in relationships, it has a profound effect on our individual emotional well being, just as experiencing a challenging life event can lead to difficulties in our close relationships. My practice specializes in therapy for individuals, couples, and families who are seeking to strengthen their current relationships following recent conflict, a difficult life event, individual or family trauma, or any other disruptive experiences. I am also currently accepting therapist trainees (post graduate) in need of clinical supervision.

Feeling overwhelmed by clutter, doom piles, or the inability to get started is often rooted in executive dysfunction—not a lack of effort or motivation. I provide compassionate, in-home and telehealth therapeutic organization for neurodivergent individuals, helping create spaces that work with their brains, not against them. Many people have read books like The Power of Now or The Four Agreements yet still feel stuck, exhausted by endless to-do lists and unanswered questions about purpose. By reducing cognitive load and designing supportive environments, we can turn insight into action and make the future we want feel possible.

I work with individuals navigating depression and anxiety. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward in a way that actually fits who they are. My goal is to help you find realistic, sustainable changes that support a more meaningful and engaged life, not a version of yourself you’re expected to become, but one that feels authentic and manageable. Together, we’ll work on building resilience, strengthening your sense of identity, and creating a foundation for growth that honors your experiences and needs.

Does it feel like you are constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop? Healing from childhood, physical, sexual, and/or emotional trauma often feels this way—and carrying that weight of pain can make you feel like you have lost yourself along the way. If you feel stuck in old patterns or disconnected from yourself, I want you to know: it is not your fault, and you do not have to carry this alone. I specialize in helping folks reclaim their identity and find safety within themselves again. Using EMDR and somatic-based tools, we don't just talk about the past; we work to release it from your nervous system.
