Something feels off, but you can't explain it to the people around you. Maybe you've pulled away from family and friends without knowing why, or leaving the house has become impossible. A racing heart and sudden dread can hit out of nowhere, making ordinary situations feel dangerous. Maybe you're a few weeks out of a hospital stay, still trying to make sense of what happened and figure out what comes next. Or you've noticed that what you're using to cope has quietly become its own problem. You're carrying something real, and you deserve a therapist who can meet you where you are and help you find your way through it.

Over the years of my practice, I've observed how many men can face unique crises of meaning and purpose in our society with little support. I am passionate about making space for men to discover their values, assess what is getting in the way, establish goals, and get them closer to who and what is important to them every week.

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself lately? You don’t have to face it alone. I’m passionate about helping others to work through the challenges of life, rebuild confidence, and rediscover what it feels like to truly enjoy life again. You may notice lingering memories or emotional numbness after difficult experiences, constant worry or racing thoughts that make it hard to relax, or struggles with focus, motivation, and follow-through. These symptoms can leave you feeling disconnected and exhausted—but with the right support, change is absolutely possible.

Accepting New Clients! Growing up on a reservation, I witnessed the deep impact of generational trauma and the barriers to accessible mental health care. My own journey through healing inspired me to become a counselor—to offer others the kind of support and understanding I once needed. I work with children and adults age 5+ who are struggling with anxiety, grief, relational issues, cultural identity issues, stress, and more. I work with clients from all backgrounds but especially passionate about working with individuals from marginalized and underrepresented communities.

I believe addiction is rooted from emotional pain and unmet needs. As Canadian physician Gabor Mate once asked, “The first question isn’t why the addiction; it’s why the pain?” Working with attachment theory and processing adverse childhood experiences can help identify ways in which addictive behaviors offer short-term benefits and long-term costs, making it difficult to actually meet underlying needs. When we begin to process the pain or emotional unmet need, we begin to become more aligned with our sense of identity.

Many of us, at one time or another, experience a feeling of being overwhelmed by life. There are even phases when everything seems to be going wrong. Anxiety and depression are common responses to the difficulties of life. If you are on here searching for help you are most likely at a point in your life where things feel out of balance.

I Help Men Rebuild Confidence, Clarity, and Control. You’ve been carrying the weight for everyone else, but lately it feels like you’re running on fumes. The pressure to stay strong, provide, and hold everything together leaves you drained and disconnected from who you are. I help men cut through stress, burnout, and self-doubt so they can feel grounded, capable, and in control again. Ignoring your mental health doesn’t just wear you down, it impacts your relationships, work, and the example you set for your partner, kids, and everyone who depends on you. I offer men’s therapy online across Washington.
