As a neuroscience-informed psychoeducator and therapist, I focus on helping people with anxiety, depression, OCD, personality disorders, and trauma build an abundant life. I also have a specialty in working with neurodivergent people. Healing is enhanced in a social environment. I strive to provide a supportive atmosphere for all group members.
