It is my passion to walk alongside clients with warmth, compassion and empathy as they navigate their journey. I primarily work with adolescents (16+), adults (18-65), Asian Americans and adoptees, seeking support for depression, stress & anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, trauma and more. I welcome all people from different cultural/ethnic backgrounds.
I strive to help clients find balance and empowerment in their lives. We will work to build a therapeutic alliance that allows you to feel safe, heard and respected. Together we will also create a brave space to explore core beliefs, patterns, emotions, challenging experiences/trauma and as we focus on your healing, self discovery and growth.
We will create and tailor a treatment plan that specifically addresses your goals for therapy. My therapeutic style is collaborative, client-centered, relational and psychodynamic. I am an eclectic therapist that draws from a variety of frameworks and methods to help clients' accomplish their goals.
