I work with moms who are struggling with their partner and looking for a safe space to open up about the toll parenting has taken on their romantic relationship. You may be wondering if it's supposed to feel THIS hard to connect and get along with each other. Parenthood stirs up lots of issues that you never knew were there before kids. I will help you gain a deeper understanding of what is at the core of your relationship issues and how to confidently talk about those issues with your partner so minor disagreements don't keep leading to major blow-ups. It takes guidance, patience and practice to start healing what's been broken.

I work with adults navigating trauma, ADHD, autism, and postpartum anxiety or depression (often people who’ve spent years trying to be “normal” in systems that weren’t designed for them).
My style is neuro-affirming, collaborative, and sometimes irreverent. Using EMDR and other trauma-focused approaches, we’ll explore the deeper patterns beneath the surface while moving at a pace that feels manageable. I don’t believe in forcing change. Instead, I believe in helping you build safety, curiosity, and authenticity.

Do you feel misunderstood, isolated, or defeated? A client may find working with me helpful if they are finding themselves stuck in patterns they want to change and are ready to explore how their relationships, identity, and lived experiences shape their sense of self. They may hold marginalized or complex identities and want a space where those intersections are welcomed and centered. Their goals often include feeling more grounded, more at ease in their bodies, more connected in relationships, and more empowered in choices. They want healing that honors both their individuality and their need for connection.

I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, particularly women who discover their ADHD later in life. For many, receiving a diagnosis is not about finding something "wrong", it's about finally finding an explanation that brings clarity, validation, and self-compassion after years of feeling misunderstood. As a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD myself, I understand both the challenges and the relief that can come with finally making sense of your experiences. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, advocate for your needs, and cultivate confidence, authenticity, and a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.

Hi, my name is Morgan. There could be many reasons why you are seeking out a therapist right now - a new life change, burnout from an overly demanding job, struggling with a past or recent trauma, or even just looking for ways to cope with the world today. Whatever the reason, you deserve to have someone who listens actively, works with you on identifying goals that are important to you, and pushes you when you're ready. I see therapy as a collaborative process that is constantly evolving as I get to know my clients better.

I specialize in eating disorders, dissociative disorders & complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have received additional training in order to administer the SCID-D (Structured Clinical Interview for Dissociative Disorders) which is used for assessing and diagnosing dissociative symptoms and disorders. Our bodies hold deep wisdom but for many, as a result of trauma, emotional and physical distress, and systemic oppression, to name a few, the connection to this wisdom has been disrupted and damaged. I will meet you where ever you are at in the process as we learn to listen to what your body and story hold.

What are the most effective ways to address pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum concerns?
The most effective way to address pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum concerns is by finding a therapist who has prior experience helping other patients overcome the challenge being faced. For example, a marriage and family therapist may have experience helping couples adjust to their new relationship dynamic. An anxiety specialist may have experience helping with phobias or illness anxiety related to the child’s health. A depression specialist may have experience treating postpartum depression.
When should I seek treatment for prenatal or postpartum concerns?
Pregnancy and the postpartum period involve intense physical and mental changes; a degree of upset and instability is normal. However, if these changes impair daily functioning, it may be time to seek help. This distinction is pertinent for postpartum depression: A period of teariness, irritability, and distress is difficult but normal in the one to two weeks after childbirth (sometimes called the “baby blues.”) But if feelings of sadness and hopelessness persist beyond that period, the person should seek treatment.
How do I manage worries during pregnancy or the postnatal period?
A therapist can help patients develop the tools they need to manage anxieties during or after pregnancy. Cognitive behavioral therapy can help people identify and reframe harmful patterns of thought, and change their behaviors. Other techniques and skills can allow people to develop acceptance, psychological flexibility, self-compassion, communication skills, and more.
Are there specific medications for postpartum depression?
In 2019, the FDA approved the first medication designed to treat postpartum depression. The medication is called brexanolone and is delivered intravenously by a medical professional over the course of a few days. However, typical antidepressants, which are more accessible, can also treat postpartum depression. The disorder is often best treated through a combination of medication and therapy.
