I have a MSW from the University of Washington, and 15+ years of experience in the field of mental health in various capacities, including counseling in the juvenile justice system working with troubled teens, Warrior Transition Bn, and in private practice.I have been trained and certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Aggression Replacement Training.
