Maybe you find yourself thinking, "Logically, I know I'm fine" or "It was years ago, I moved past it" but you find yourself still feeling physically overwhelmed thinking of it. Or maybe you've lived with years of negative beliefs that keep holding you back. You might find yourself questioning your decisions, having a hard time setting boundaries without feeling guilty or constantly battling an internal narrative of "I'm not enough". You might want to feel more relaxed and connected to your body, explore the parts of you with unmet needs or just looking for a way to move forward after experiencing something life changing.

Unfortunately I am not currently taking new clients. I view problems as not within one person, but within the interactions between people and their environment. I work to help clients develop skills and insight to better manage their lives, while at the same time working to balance relationships. I value the insight and skill each client brings to therapy and work with clients' own strengths to help them reach their goals. Symptom relief is my initial focus with clients, but it is only a first step in the therapy process. Subsequently, my focus shifts toward working with clients to address the underlying problems in their lives.

I work with both both children and adults in my practice and have spent the past 10 years specializing in treating depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns in children, and trauma/PTSD using evidence-based treatments. Clients have described me as straight-forward as well as taking the time to understand their experience.

Have you climbed into leadership only to find that the title still hasn't quieted the voice telling you that you don't belong? As a high-achieving BIPOC woman, you may be carrying weight that others in the room simply don't, the exhaustion of code-switching, the pressure of being the only one, and the invisible cost of racial trauma on your sense of self. You've built a reputation for having it together, but privately, the achievements that were supposed to finally make you feel like enough haven't done that yet. Whether you're navigating burnout, identity-based stress, imposter syndrome, you deserve a space where that changes.

I strongly believe that all clients are unique in their circumstances and needs. I believe that therapy is best done as a collaborative process between counselor and client. My goal is to build a partnership with you in which we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and ways of being in the world in a deeper way. I encourage my clients to find ways of being their best and most authentic selves and help them challenge beliefs and feelings that prevent them from doing so.

You have quietly suffered for too long. You have faced a pain that is so dark and deep you haven’t thought about it in years. You’ve managed to bury the trauma enough to carry on with your life. People look at you and think, “They have got it all together.” But the pain is starting to surface. The past is catching up, and you can’t outrun it this time. You’re ready now. You’re ready to face the darkness and experience true healing. The good news is, you don’t have to face it alone.

“ … knowing when to ask for help is a form of wisdom.” Healer Aimoss, The Moth Keeper by K. O'Neill.

I also work with individuals who have strong emotional reactions to sounds when interacting with others, a condition called misophonia. My clients are tweens, teens, and emerging adults (ages 10–25), as well as their parents or caregivers.

In the whirlwind of life, we can lose our balance and drift away from our natural rhythms and the world around us. What we may need most is a space for quiet reflection, a moment of repose where our thoughts can flow freely. This practice is for those who seek a richer, more vibrant life—one where living takes precedence over merely existing. Here, I aim to offer healing and guidance for those seeking clarity, purpose, authenticity, and a deeper connection to themselves and the world. Whether it be life transitions, trauma and growth, whole person wellness and spirituality, or philosophical counseling I am here to help.

Limited daytime openings available. Anxiety, depression, self doubt, and daily stress can be so pervasive. Does the stress of daily life feel anxiety provoking and overwhelming? Are your job, relationships or friendships feeling stressful? Perhaps feeling stuck or unsettled is becoming a daily reality. It may feel like it's getting harder to thrive and telling people “no” feels hard or unmanageable. You may feel like you are alone, isolated and that you can’t talk with the people in your life about these issues. I want to help you figure some of this out, to learn to love and thrive in life again.
