Hi there, I'm Glaiza! Feeling stuck or weighed down? You don’t have to face it alone. I support clients in working through anxiety, self-doubt, and transitions with warmth and curiosity. My aim is to help you feel steadier, more self-assured, and deeply connected—to who you are and the life you’re shaping. I aim to support you through the heavy moments that leave you feeling unsettled, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or others. Together, we explore what lies beneath the surface and make more conscious choices. At times, I’ll gently challenge old patterns; at others, we slow down, feel, and soften into acceptance.

When I hear the words "ideal client," I immediately think about someone who is willing to change. This is someone who is wanting to work on themselves and is ready to take "personal inventory." Someone who is open, honest, and vulnerable with themselves and their therapist. A client who is willing to engage and participate in the process of bettering themselves. We can work on managing stress, day to day challenges, or learning coping skills. We will work together on a therapeutic approach that is right for you.

Immediate openings! We are not individuals who are broken that need to be fixed, we are humans having a human experience and we are constantly in a state of change that have sometimes served us & sometimes not. People who seem to work well with us are ones that are motivated to make changes and comfortable with awareness of self. We work from a developmental trauma, attachment theory and shame basis of therapy including meeting and nurturing your inner child. If I cannot meet your needs I contract with different providers to get you to where need to be.

I believe strongly in the inner capacity of all humans to grow and heal in mind, body, and spirit from trauma or barriers faced in life. Due to our interconnected nature, this healing capacity is deepened and broadened through the assistance and support of others. I seek to hold a safe space through the therapeutic relationship to allow for the development of greater understanding and appreciation of self. Through this process, people begin to heal, make meaningful changes and courageously act in ways that reflect their authentic self.

Therapy is about progress, not perfection. You are the expert on what works for you, even if it doesn’t seem clear right now. Together we can figure out where support could be helpful. It takes practice to learn to be vulnerable and to find the words to describe our inner lives. All emotions have meaning, and together we can figure out what they’re trying to tell you.

I work with children, teens, and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Everyone faces challenges in life, but you don't have to go through it alone. Healing happens in relationships -in our connections to self, community and the environment. As a clinician, I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and treatment is a collaborative process led by the client with guidance from the clinician. My primary goal is to provide support to individuals and families to help them find the best solutions for themselves to achieve their goals. In session I utilize strengths-based, values-driven and person-centered techniques to help clients find their own path to optimal health and wellbeing.

I love helping people work through the 'dirt' in their lives to have beautiful crop and gardens come from it! I work primarily helping those with trauma related to military service, chronic illness and family issues to find joy again in their lives, and see their blossom the way they have always wanted to. The dirtier the path, the better the overlook!
I am professionally trained in trauma-focused EMDR, CBT, CPT, and ACT therapy protocols for PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and Chronic Health/Disabilities. I also work closely with military professionals struggling with post-deployment trauma, and crisis intervention.
