Many people feel overwhelmed by life, constantly on edge, distant from others, and confused by their own reactions to their experiences. Oftentimes this happens when we've experienced prolonged exposure to an environment where our needs and safety were not prioritized. Whether you grew up in an unsafe home environment, neighborhood, or religious community, complex trauma can shape the way you see and experience the world, affecting your relationships, career, and all aspects of life. My passion is to work alongside you to recover what has been lost, and to help you see a path forward to hope again.
