I love working with kiddos ages 6+ on issues related to anxiety, challenging behaviors, ADHD, social skills, etc.; and to best help them, I often work alongside their parents/caregivers to ensure that we're all on the same page. I also enjoy counseling pre-teens, adolescents, and adults of all ages who struggle with difficult life changes (including moving, changing schools/jobs, the perinatal period, and shifts in one's identity), depressive episodes and relationship issues. In our work together, I hope to guide clients as they form new insights, change unhelpful behaviors, and strengthen their relationships.

Struggling with strong emotions? Overwhelmed with anxiety or negative thoughts? Do your thoughts and emotions keep you from achieving your goals and living an authentic life with those you love? Sometimes we avoid dealing with these difficult emotions and this keeps us from true connection with others and keeps us stuck in negative patterns of behavior.

Sometimes life can feel like a rollercoaster that we somehow can’t seem to exit, don’t know how we got on it in the first place, and are then having to white knuckle it as best as possible. That is why I went into this field to not only learn tools to help others work through challenges, but also provide a space to feel safe, seen, and fully understood without judgement. My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you, help you grow, and help curate security with yourself, your relationships, and feel more emotionally balanced.

You're someone who is looking to find just the right fit in a counselor. Maybe you are experiencing grief, or having difficulty adjusting to life changes. Perhaps you have a general sense of dissatisfaction with life, or have specific things you want to work through. Or, maybe you're feeling trapped by anxiety, or past trauma, and you want to feel a sense of hope; to be seen, heard, and understood. There is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to therapy, and the things you may want to work on are important and unique.

Hi! My name is Jaisy and I am so happy that you are here! :)
That knot in your stomach when you wake up. The replay of conversations in your head. The feeling like you're wearing a mask that's getting heavier each day. If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone. Maybe you've been carrying things for a long time—past experiences, trauma, or everyday stress—and you just need someone who truly listens. You're not looking for someone to "fix" you, but you want clarity, peace, and tools to move forward. Whether you're a teen with big feelings or an adult breaking cycles, you want a space that feels safe and real.

Oftentimes we seek out therapy because components in our lives are causing us significant distress and disrupt our ability to function effectively and feel happiness. I ask clients who come into therapy to bring with them an open attitude, a willingness to explore their life perspectives and their relationships with others, that they may experience true change and healing. This journey towards emotional maturity often involves a certain amount of discomfort and pain before the healing and change can occur. I provide a warm, trusting, safe space to assist people so that they may continue that journey.

When I hear the words "ideal client," I immediately think about someone who is willing to change. This is someone who is wanting to work on themselves and is ready to take "personal inventory." Someone who is open, honest, and vulnerable with themselves and their therapist. A client who is willing to engage and participate in the process of bettering themselves. We can work on managing stress, day to day challenges, or learning coping skills. We will work together on a therapeutic approach that is right for you.

I specialize in helping adults with ADHD and the anxiety or depression that often stem from it. My approach is comprehensive—integrating evidence-based CBT with strategies for accountability, motivation, and structure. I stay current on ADHD research and focus on what works best: medication management through your doctor, emotional support, practical workarounds, sleep optimization, and skill-building tools that strengthen focus and follow-through. Each session is tailored to your real-world needs so you can make measurable, lasting progress—not just talk about change.

If you are struggling with a relationship, familial issues, a difficult life transition, or just struggling to get through the day-to-day then it is a good time to ask for help.I believe that it is never too late to start counseling and that counseling is a unique experience for everyone. Some people might go to counseling weekly for years, some might go to sessions weekly for 6 months and then transition to biweekly, some might be going to counseling for the first time, and some might be looking for a new counselor. All these experiences are valid, and my goal is to help you figure out what works for you and what you want to achieve.
