My clients are people navigating major life transitions. That might look like rebuilding after a breakup or divorce, managing the overwhelm of motherhood, figuring out who you are in your twenties, or working through an immigration process that requires a professional mental health evaluation. What they share is a season of change and the willingness to do something about it. They often arrive feeling stuck or unsure of their next move. Together we get honest about where they are, build clarity on where they want to go, and create real momentum. They leave stronger than they came.

I believe engaging in therapy is a courageous step towards the healing process. It is often difficult and uncomfortable sharing your deepest vulnerabilities with a stranger. I aim to create a safe, brave space where you feel valued, heard, and seen in ways that truly recognizes and honors those tender, and complex parts of you. I welcome a collaborative process and exchange where each person feels empowered to direct our time and process together. I embrace the therapeutic process in an exploratory creative way using trauma informed tools, parts work, somatic and spiritually sensitive practices.

I will begin seeing clients with The Daniel Clinic 10/15/26.
I work with adults, couples, families, and individuals navigating trauma, identity, neurodivergence, and major life transitions- especially folks impacted by systems like foster care, housing instability, or healthcare. They may feel guarded, burned out, or unsure who to trust, but want to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. They’re looking for a therapist who moves at their pace, honors their autonomy, and offers a collaborative, nonjudgmental space to heal and grow.

Ever think: "How did I end up here?" or "I never imagined {life event} would happen to me!" You are not alone! We can all relate to these sentiments. Most people do not end up in therapy because circumstances are unicorns and rainbows. Are you struggling with loss, or making meaning out of events that have left you feeling uncertain, shaken, in agony? Do you feel like you are starring in a scene from the film Ground Hog Day, where life is a series of frustrating, repeating events? You can make a successful transition to break this cycle, whatever that personal change is. You will get a sense of control back. A little Zen. Some hope.
