I take great care to earn the trust of each client, and I will work with you to address whatever is weighing on you - from depression, overwhelming anxiety, and past trauma, to relationship issues, struggles with anger, and low self-esteem.
I am invested in helping my clients grow and heal, including working through past trauma and difficulties related to mood, anxiety, anger, etc. I approach this by working with clients in a grounded, relational way that involves a combination of identifying practical solutions, developing deeper understanding, and processing/healing wounds.
