Therapy is a space to explore, create, and grow- and I’m here to walk alongside you in that process. I’m Anjali, a Licensed Associate Therapist and practicing Art Therapist. I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment where clients can express themselves freely and begin to make sense of their inner experiences. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, children, and adolescents, as well as those navigating anxiety and social challenges. I understand that beginning therapy can feel intimidating. My goal is to make the process feel approachable, engaging, and grounded in compassion.

Are you moving through a major life transition that feels overwhelming? Maybe you find yourself stuck in painful cycles — repeating the same arguments, behaviors, or thought patterns that leave you drained and discouraged. Perhaps you are carrying the weight of grief and loss, trying to hold it all together while feeling broken inside. For others, the struggle shows up as looping anxious thoughts that won’t quiet down, waves of depression that sap motivation, or relationship conflicts that leave you feeling unseen, unheard, or alone. There is a path forward—toward peace, clarity, and connection, and we can walk it together.

If you grew up caring for others before you were cared for, you likely became capable, empathic, and responsible early on. Now those same strengths may leave you depleted. Whether you’re a mother, caregiver, educator, therapist, or healthcare professional, you may feel trapped in responsibility.
This work supports women and non-binary people ready for post-traumatic growth—to release old roles, trust inner knowing, and rediscover rest, play, and curiosity as essential to being alive.

Many of the people I work with—kids or adults, couples or families—tell me they feel like they have lost their way or are struggling to determine their true identity and place in the world. They may look like all is good on the outside; on the inside, well, that’s another story. For some folks, they may have been ignoring their own concerns for many years to care for others. Clients come into therapy feeling alone; they may be experiencing anxiety, anger, fear, grief, conflict from relationships, or
long-term trauma. Their bodies and hearts may be stressed to the point of breaking. They want to be heard, seen, and understood.

My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and non-judgement, aiming to create a safe, creative, and collaborative space for exploration and healing. I believe therapy is a co-created process—one where we move at your pace, honoring both your strengths and your struggles.
My approach is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about reconnecting with what’s already whole within you.
As a registered art therapist, I integrate expressive and creative methods alongside traditional talk therapy to help clients access insights and emotions that words alone can’t always reach.

I often work with people who feel weighed down by shame, guilt, or self-criticism. You might believe, deep down, that you’re not good enough. You may feel stuck in old patterns, find it hard to truly connect with others, or feel uncertain about your place in the world. Some of my clients describe feeling like outsiders as they explore identity and belonging. Others come in struggling with depression, anxiety, or the daily stressors of life. While the details may differ, what I notice most is a shared desire for healing, self-discovery, and meaningful change.
