Even though these feelings are normal it’s hard to talk about them. It's supposed to be the happiest time in your life. It feels like you can't complain. That's where bridal therapy comes in. This is a safe space for you to vent, detox from the drama, improve communication, set boundaries, manage stress, understand your past and prepare for your future.
I've been in your shoes. In spite of dreaming of a wedding my whole life, engagement was a very painful time for me.
