Finding peace in the midst of life’s chaos can feel impossible, but you deserve and need it. Whether you're struggling with depression, neurodivergence, or processing trauma, I’m here to provide a safe and supportive place to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment.
I believe that while we can’t always control life’s difficulties, we can learn to navigate them with strength and resilience. As Jon Kabat-Zinn said, "You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf." With different therapeutic tools, I I help clients build self-compassion, develop coping skills, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Family court is overwhelming. You never imagined you’d be in the middle of legal battles just to figure out what’s best for your kids. You’re tired of being accused, misunderstood, second-guessed. You’ve tried to keep things calm, to focus on the kids, but nothing seems to help. You’re trying to protect your children, but every move feels like the wrong one. The court wants answers. The other parent wants control. And your child? They’re stuck in the middle, watching it all unfold. You just want to get through this with some sense of peace—and you’re not sure where to turn next.

My passion for working with first responders started during the summer of 2020 during the riots in downtown Portland as I watched day after day of officers on the front lines and kept thinking to myself, "who's keeping an eye out for them?" I have enjoyed learning more about first responder culture and ways I can combine that with my counseling background to help provide first responders with the ability to navigate life outside of the uniform as well as they do while wearing one. This also involves helping them manage the day to day stressors of what they are seeing and doing in response to increasing call volumes.

I wholeheartedly believe that within everyone lies the capacity to heal, to regenerate and to create the most fulfilling life for ourselves. We all have our own unique blueprints for what it means to thrive, and to live a life of authenticity, alignment and equilibrium. With that in mind, we all also carry forth intergenerational, cultural and relational wounds that are just as unique and important to be unpacked and understood. Since 2014 I have been working in community mental health, crisis outreach and therapeutic services in order to understand what it takes to dissolve suffering and activate emotional healing.

Healing is possible. There have been times in my own life when it felt impossible to experience the life I was meant to live, the joy we are meant to experience, spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical health. If you are there right now, or you feel like you are chained to your past and patterns that keep you from moving forward into hope, peace, and joy, you can overcome. I would love to partner with you on your journey forward.

As a semiretired Psychologist, I do not have an office and visit my client(s) in their home or office anywhere in Clark county. I am married to a Marriage and Family Therapist and understand the difficulties that couples have even with our level of knowledge. I help each member of the couple rise above the conflict and participate in healing their relationship by encouraging personal responsibility and self-disclosure and by getting in touch with the goodness in each person and the love they are missing.

You’ve seen enough videos, listened to enough podcasts, and read enough articles to know what you should do to fix your problems. Yet, you always seem to find yourself back in the same patterns you wanted out of. Whether it’s porn, substance use, procrastination, stress, or anger, you can’t shake the feeling that you're stuck with them. You may have even started to wonder if change is possible. Often, we feel this way because we are so focused on the symptoms, that we cannot address the deeper pain that is causing them.
