I believe therapy can be a meaningful space for healing, reflection, and growth. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where you feel safe, seen, and heard as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, identity exploration, body image concerns, disordered eating, and life transitions. I work with those ages 12 and up, meeting each person with compassion and curiosity.

With the pressures of modern society, it makes sense that many people feel more lonely and isolated than ever. For some, loneliness takes the form of physical reclusion. For others, it might look like socializing while still feeling disconnected, alone, or misunderstood. As a neurodivergent adult and former high-performing, shy, and anxious child, I prioritize creating space for non-conforming communication styles. I work with youth and adults navigating social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, burnout, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder. All identities are welcome, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+.

There are times when to be human is to suffer, but in meeting people who experience the pain associated with past traumas/PTSD, stress, anxiety and depression I believe that we can lessen that suffering with a better understanding of who we are and why we behave the ways we do. By un-learning the habits that no longer serve us we begin to thrive by becoming the person we’ve always had the capacity to be. Your wisdom - mind and body - is innate: you need only recover it. This process is forged in the therapeutic alliance, and is founded on the warm, compassionate and non-judgmental attention that I bring to our alliance.
