As for my counseling style, I use an integrative approach, blending many different types and schools of thought, with strong roots in humanism, existentialism, and Buddhist psychology. Sessions tend to be conversational, informal, and somewhat philosophical.
In addition to individual counseling, I facilitate a weekly process group for all genders on Wednesdays.
