My integrative approach blends evidence-based trauma therapy with holistic healing & Native American traditional healing practices for mind, body, and spirit. I honor culture, humor, identity, story, and spirit as vital parts of healing while helping you reconnect with yourself, rebuild trust, and create lasting change & resiliency.

I specialize in complex trauma including childhood abuse and neglect, sexual trauma, narcissistic abuse, betrayal trauma, domestic violence, veteran/combat trauma, and relational wounds. I also work with couples, addiction, families impacted by substance use, and individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, and life stressors.
