About
Grief is a normal but painful emotion expressing deep sorrow, often brought on by life changing events. You may be feeling frightened, confused and overwhelmed now because the deeper the love and attachment, the deeper the pain. I will help you unpack the characteristics of Grief and Loss by offering an individualized, client-center model of integrative health and wellness, strategically combining a whole person approach with patience, deep listening, and mindful care. One of the goals in successful grieving, is that the mourner will gradually become able to once again make attachments and investments in persons and other things.
I am honored to offer my experience and education as a Dr. of Ministry, Master Grief Counselor, Certified Life Coach and Board Certified Staff Chaplain. To help ensure the clients needs are met, I provide counseling to those struggling with COVID-19 Pandemic Grief, various stages of Grief and Loss, Depression, Anxiety and PTSD.
As a Pastoral Counselor I understand hurt-pain-loss all to well. Because I too have walked in those shoes I also know that Hope and Healing will be our end goal. By making the decision to seek help is how to reach that goal. Providing a safe space, listening while being fully engaged I will help guide you through the process of living with your New Normal.
