I’m currently accepting new Telehealth clients who live in Massachusetts or Vermont.
Being alive is complicated. Most people carry a mix of clarity and confusion, confidence and doubt, old stories that still tug at them, and desires that feel hard to name. Therapy is a place where all of that can be explored without having to protect, perform, or make it tidy.
My approach is rooted in contemporary psychodynamic thinking, which means I’m interested in what has shaped you, what you’ve learned to hold inside, and the patterns that silently organize your relationships, decisions, and sense of self.

I believe at the heart of therapy is the chance to slow down and come home to yourself. When you’ve been moving through life on autopilot, feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure what you need, it can feel like the days blur together and joy gets harder to reach. You might feel emotionally flooded or on edge one moment, then shut down or exhausted the next, like your body is stuck in stress mode and never quite able to settle. Therapy can be a place to find more steadiness, presence, and trust in yourself again, so you can move through life with a little more ease and self-compassion.

Okay. Here's the thing. Nobody really knows how therapy works, or why some people get better with one approach and some another. What we do know is that if you connect with your therapist, and if you really commit to digging in and doing the work, healing and change can happen, and things can get better. And I can help you with that. I'll listen to you. I'll pay close attention. I'll meet you where you're at, with empathy and compassion and even some humor. And I'll tell you the truth.
