I hold unconditional positive regard as the key to a great therapeutic relationship. I work to meet people where they are, to actively listen and understand their values, and to explore and support them to better connect with themselves and others. My goal is to help people cultivate loving acceptance of themselves, and gain insight of how the past impacts the present, while creating an awareness that the past doesn't have to dictate their present or future.

It's often difficult to reach out for help when you most need it, and it can be hard to speak with someone you've never met about personal issues. On the other hand, it can be easier to do with a person who is a trained, neutral professional. I can be objective and understanding in a way that well-meaning friends and family often cannot. My work with couples, individual adults including seniors, or the younger population, begins in a friendly, professional manner whereby we move towards knowing each other better. A rapport between us is essential in accomplishing our work.

OPENING: Two daytime telehealth openings are currently available. In my practice, I deeply value each client’s unique life experiences, personal history, and the ways they have learned to understand and cope with the world around them. I strive to create a safe, trusting, and compassionate space where clients feel supported, heard, and respected. Together, we work collaboratively so clients can explore their needs, build insight, and grow at a pace that feels comfortable and right for them. I currently work with ages 10-40.

That includes Black and brown clients healing from racial trauma, LGBTQIA+ folks who need a therapist who actually gets it, gamers tired of being pathologized, and people wrestling with depression, grief, ADHD, or family chaos.
What I practice is trauma-informed therapy rooted in psychodynamic depth — connecting past patterns to present struggles, making the unconscious conscious for lasting change. My work is body-aware, culturally grounded, and built on a real therapeutic relationship. I offer online therapy across ten states. I am a gender-affirming care practitioner.

Welcome to the mountains of life. We move through life with many challenges which can feel difficult to navigate. We can get trapped in a cycle of trying to avoid mountains of stress, try to force ourselves to tunnel through the stress or broach the stress as if we are preparing to hike Mount Everest. What if there was another way, a way to learn to move WITH the mountains in our life? I support clients in developing unique and effective ways of improving their mental, emotional and physical health for lasting change. These interventions support clients in developing resilience to move WITH challenges which have/are faced.

Are you a young woman trying to find your way out of childhood trauma into a space of healing? If a deep dive meant transformation, would you be willing? Dipping in one toe at a time until you felt safe in the therapeutic relationship to take the plunge? Have you had a sense that your younger selves have things to share with you, that they are ready for you to release them from the confines of core beliefs born out of trauma, no matter how big or little it seems? If you are curious about what inner child work, exploring and understanding with compassion all of your parts, reparenting, and EMDR can do for you, let's connect.
