Life can feel really hard at times—whether you’re facing the ups and downs of pregnancy or postpartum, grieving a miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss, or in need of parenting support. Maybe you’re struggling with food and body image, dealing with an eating disorder, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or past domestic violence. Many of the people I work with want a nonjudgmental space to share and process what they’re experiencing; they want to feel more connected to themselves and want help in making changes that bring relief and hope.

I really appreciate clients who are willing to look at themselves and are brave enough to ask for help. Asking for help shows a desire to understand themselves on a deeper more spiritual level. I work with people going through transitions in life ages 4-94. It doesn't matter the age, it is the heart behind the age that counts. I work with individuals, family, couples, and those working on addictions issues that are facing crossroads in their life. Therapy gives hope and renewed vision and allows support to those facing the fear of change.

The most important element in therapy is creating a safe and empowering relationship. There are many barriers to seeking support and I believe it is my job to break those down. I encourage prospective clients to ask questions and develop trust in whatever way feels right to them. My background in social work has taught me to look at each individual as part of a larger picture, and to work with each individual from a place of empowerment and strength.

After 14 years of a cash-only private practice as a Life Coach, Holistic Health Practitioner, and Medical Intuitive, I can now sustainably work as a therapist with those who cannot afford care without insurance. Having worked with clients who live in 9 different countries, I found that almost all psychological and relationship issues are the result of acute or chronic violations of free will, free speech, informed consent, and self-governance as a unique yet interconnected individual. The impairment of willpower appears to be made worse by external motivators and addictive substances or behaviors in the long-run.

At times of grief, anxiety, turbulence, violence, or trauma, we often struggle to reconnect to our best selves and to act from a place of strength and clarity again. I provide compassionate accompaniment to help adults restore balance, joy, stability, peace, and self-knowledge.

I know that starting therapy can feel overwhelming—like standing at the base of a huge mountain that feels too steep to climb. But you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll take small, steady steps, moving at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you. Along the way, I’ll offer support and tools to help ease your pain and build your strength. And when things feel hard, I’ll remind you to notice the progress you’ve already made, even if it feels small. This is a space where you are seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are.

You might be a good fit for my practice if you're used to holding it together on the outside- but internally, things feel heavier than they should. Grounded in evidence-based practices and shaped by real-world experience, my foundation in clinical work was built through supporting individuals in high-intensity environments such as active-duty military, veterans, and first responders. I work with adults facing stress, trauma, life transitions, or relationship struggles, and offer a warm, down-to-earth space where insight, levity, and practical strategies can all have a seat at the table.

I approach our time together in therapy with deep respect and a spirit of collaboration. My practice is rooted in trust that each person can get in touch with the strength they need to face the challenges life brings. Whether those challenges are shaped by the heat of frustration, the discomfort of fear or worry, the emptiness of numbness, the immobilization of shame, or the grief of isolation, I will walk alongside you in the hard places. By making sense of the hardest moments, we find our way towards the things that you hold dear.

As an LGBTQIA empath, intuitive, or artist, you experience this world in a deeper, more complex, intuitive way - including painful experiences of trauma. With so much pain in the world, it's hard to care for your own feelings and needs, let alone heal from your experiences of trauma. I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA empaths, artists, and magic makers to heal from the trauma of oppression, abuse, and sexual violence and reclaim their power. To embrace their own sacred needs and gifts. And to connect with the power of QT ancestors and community, ecospirituality, creativity, joy, and nourished aliveness and activism.

We all arrive on this Earth with a plan. Sometimes the plan gets muddled, confusing and scary. Sometimes our labeling of these experiences as “bad” can create stagnation in growth and deny us the insight that natural grieving gives to stretch into our higher versions of self. My practice offers a space for deep, compassionate healing and is rooted in the belief that we are all layered, complex, and capable of profound transformation.

You may be someone who feels overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in patterns that don’t make sense, even after trying to change them. At times you may feel emotionally reactive, disconnected, or unable to make decisions. In other moments, you may feel very little, while your body carries the burden through anxiety, insomnia, or physical symptoms. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and capable, yet struggle with something that feels difficult to name or understand.
