I combine Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) & Aquatic Therapy (AT), Geek therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist clients in moving toward balance. DMT is psychotherapeutic use of movement to promote emotional, social, cognitive, & physical integration of the person. AT is use of water & specifically designed activity to aid in restoration, extension, maintenance & quality of function for persons with acute, transient, or chronic disabilities, syndromes, or diseases. Geek Therapy combines fandom & concepts clients relate to with CBT, DBT and other approaches to address client needs.

My focus is about helping clients find the skills and tools to move forward and not about fitting the client into my mold. Some of the things I help clients balance include chronic pain, anxiety, behavioral concerns and mental illnesses such as Bipolar Disorder, PTSD and Schizophrenia.
