I work with individuals, couples, and families across the life span who are adversely impacted by relationships, illness, injury, disease, trauma, and developmental concerns. Sessions are tailored to specific needs and proven techniques. Insight and strength-based approaches are encouraged, to promote a narrative of authenticity and fulfillment in your life.
My experience includes working in school, hospital, and home health in both a mental and physical health capacity. I am EMDR, SE Advanced 2, and premarital/marital/parenting trained. Our therapeutic journey includes transforming both therapist and client as we work collaboratively in a safe, nurturing environment that can renew the spirit, mind, and body.
