My training in Family Systems Theory helps me to view each person’s concerns within their larger context. This equips me to work with a wide variety of unique struggles. I also have a particular interest in helping people understand and develop skills to overcome the effects of trauma and anxiety related issues, such as perfectionism and social anxiety.
