About
Are you noticing that past pain may not feel as distant as you would like? I work with folks navigate stressors and responsibilities they are expected to keep up with, while managing past pains to relearn safety on their current path. I treat the person as a whole- meaning I also take into account your environmental, circumstantial, and physical self and how that impacts your mental health. I work with adults whose past pains are inhibiting present fulfillment within their relationships and quality of life. Anxiety, unfulfilling relationships, mistrust of happiness and feelings of depression are some of the symptoms I help you heal.
I was born in Ukraine, speak Russian, and incorporate multicultural awareness to my therapeutic work. I adapt techniques from approaches including Person Centered, Trauma Informed Care, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Holistic Approach, and more. I am a Certified Complete Trauma Professional.
