I'm trained in EMDR, IFS and Open Dialogue; these are trauma focused, somatic and person centered approaches. I take a neurophysiological perspective rather than "what's wrong with you?”. Together we can address any triggers, stressors, losses, anxiety, depression, relationship, traumas, family or work issues.

Our work will incorporate any or all of the following: mindfulness, somatic interventions, inter-personal neurobiology, family of origin work, compassion focused, acceptance, authentic dialogue, EMDR, IFS informed therapy, yoga, movement, music, nature, community, and more.
