I am a bilingual mix background - who understands the importance of role and culture in everyday lives. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals from diverse ethnic groups in the hospital setting. This gives me close exposure to people from many cultures and languages. For everyone, I use compassion and cultural sensitivity.
In a word, my approach is compassionate. In practice this means I use strategies from styles of psychotherapy like cognitive-behavioral therapy or EMDR with focus on attachment style, cultural sensitivity, trauma, amongst others. With a narrative approach, we reconstruct your own story for deeper self-knowledge, guiding you towards your goals.
