Hi, I’m Dr. Viviana Garza, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I believe that therapy can be a meaningful space to pause, reflect, heal, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked while caring for others or navigating life’s challenges.
I enjoy working with women, young adults, older adults, and individuals with Autism who are facing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, or questions about identity and purpose. Whether you are adjusting to perimenopause or menopause, coping with stress, or wanting to improve your relationships.
My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what is on your mind. Together, we will explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be affecting your well-being, while building practical tools to help you feel stronger.
During our first session, we will take time to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy. You’ll have the opportunity to share your concerns, your goals, and any important life experiences that may be affecting your well-being.
