Life is hard but being able to talk about it is helpful.
I specialize in helping moms with perinatal mental health. I also have a lot of experience with dealing with trauma survivors and PTSD. I have worked with trauma survivors for over 4 years and am a certified domestic violence advocate. I also hold my certificate of completion for Perinatal Mental Health.
