With more than 15 years of experience, I have developed versatility and empathy to address the diverse challenges individuals face every day. My current focus is on clients ages 18 through geriatric/seniors who are coping with anxiety and depression caused by stress, life changes, relationships, and trauma. My approach is relationship-centered and eclectic yet rooted in theoretical frameworks. I am guided by the principle "adaptability to the needs of the moment," acknowledging that each day is different, and every person is unique. In collaboration with adults, I explore areas of concern to encourage personal change and growth.
