I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 30 years of experience providing support for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I completed my undergraduate degree in Special Education and Elementary Education at the State University of New York in Geneseo, and went on to receive my Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Counseling Psychology at Boston University. My dissertation focused on student-athlete stress, and I researched ways to improve this area within academic systems.

I take a holistic approach in my practice, teaching empowerment strategies to help my clients develop resilience and coping skills. I specialize in working with high school and college-age students, as well as individuals struggling with adjustment and transitional challenges, anxiety, career stressors, depression, parenting issues, and more.

I am here to support those who need guidance and someone to believe in their ability to work through the challenges that life presents. As Francis of Assisi once said, “Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.”
