Therapy is no doubt a journey. It can be hard and sometimes scary to trust someone to assist in a vulnerable and sensitive portion of your life and to navigate through the process of change. I work with each client and their families to help them overcome each obstacle and hurdle to help reach their ideal life worth living. I conceptualize from a Behavioral lens and utilize active skills coaching and empathic understanding to help navigate challenges. I am appropriately trained to assist in depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive thoughts, life stressors such as schooling, college transitions, defining career paths, relationship difficulty, and couples work.
