I work with adults and adolescents seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and meaningful, lasting change. My practice is particularly focused on gay men, immigrants, medical professionals, and individuals coping with cancer or chronic medical conditions.
Many of my clients are high-achieving and thoughtful, yet find themselves struggling with anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, or questions around identity and direction in life.
My work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy and integrates CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based strategies. I offer a warm, collaborative, and direct space to explore underlying patterns and support thoughtful, lasting change.
Clients who benefit most from my approach are motivated, reflective, and open to engaging in a deeper process. While therapy is not a quick fix, many begin to notice meaningful shifts within the first few months of consistent work.
