I am a relationally oriented therapist with training in gestalt therapy and crisis intervention. My approach is warm and holistic. I utilize experiential exercises, parts work, mindfulness and humor. I believe that you know yourself best, and that my role is to help you integrate parts of yourself, so that you can become more whole.
