I specialize in men's issues and trauma. I have advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy through the Michigan Psychoanalytic Institute, I'm an assistant professor at the University of Michigan–Dearborn, and completed my PhD in sociocultural anthropology and social work at the University of Michigan.

PAUSE
PAUSE (Practicing Awareness, Understanding, and Self-Exploration) is a six-week group that will teach you the fundamentals of "mindfulness" as it relates to anxiety and depression. Every week, you'll learn new mindfulness-based skills that you can apply throughout your week and discuss with a group of your peers in a supportive and collaborative environment. Sessions begin August 2024.
