You want to wake up to a life worth living. Unfortunately, you're stuck. You're falling into the same traps, holes, and patterns that have plagued you for years. You want a more meaningful life but you feel powerless against the anxieties that pervade your life. My job is to help you bridge this gap between what you actually want out of life and how you're currently experiencing it.
I work with people from all walks of life on issues related to depression, anxiety, and addiction. Additionally, I have particular interests in issues related to trauma, concerns related to incarceration and reentry, and matters related to men's health. As a musician, I especially enjoy working with performers like athletes, actors, and artists.
If it seems like I might be a good fit for your needs, I invite you to reach out at any time.
