I work with many issues including anxiety, depression, substance use, mood disorders, relationship problems, grief & loss, ADHD, career challenges, LGBTQ+, and changes in the life cycle. I've worked with homeless veterans struggling with mental illness and with adolescence in public schools.
Primarily, I practice person centered psychotherapy, and when appropriate I incorporate CBT, DBT as well as coping and mindfulness skills. Most importantly, I provide a safe and warm environment where clients feel understood and supported. Additionally, I work with individuals in entertainment, creative fields, tech and demanding jobs.
