| Español I work with adults and specialize in a strengths-based, integrative, and trauma-informed approach to care. My clinical focus includes supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and the impacts of immigration experiences, as well as stress related to political concerns. I also recognize the importance of spirituality in many people’s lives and welcome thoughtful exploration of spiritual and existential questions within the therapeutic process when it is meaningful to clients.
My integrative approach incorporates evidence-based therapies including CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic practices. I take a holistic view of emotional, relational, and environmental influences on well-being and tailor treatment to each person’s unique strengths, experiences, and goals.
My goal is to support clients in a safe space and in developing a deeper self-understanding, resilience, and practical tools for navigating life’s challenges while fostering healing, growth, and meaningful change.
