I’m an LMFT dedicated to serving my community with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique experience. I offer services in English and Russian, and partner with interpreters to provide seamless, effective multilingual care.
I have Level 1 Certified Training in IFS Therapy. My therapeutic approach is relational, trauma-informed, and integrative. I draw from humanistic therapy, somatic awareness, IFS, non-violent communication (NVC), and mindfulness-based approaches. We’ll work at your pace, always in collaboration. I additionally offer art therapy and play therapy for clients.
